What does a regular clean include?
A regular clean covers all rooms: kitchen surfaces sanitised, bathrooms cleaned, floors hoovered and mopped, surfaces dusted, and general tidying. We tailor the clean to your preference card so we focus on what matters most to you.
Will I get the same cleaner every time?
Yes — consistency is one of our core values. We match you with a cleaner and keep the same person assigned to your home each visit.
Do you bring your own cleaning products?
Yes, everything is included — professional cleaning products, equipment, and travel within our service area. We also offer eco-friendly and fragrance-free options.
What if I need to skip a visit?
No problem. Just let us know in advance and we'll rearrange or skip that visit. There are no penalties for occasional changes.
Is there a minimum booking?
Our minimum is 2 hours per visit, which is enough for most standard homes. Larger properties may benefit from longer sessions.
Do I get a discount for booking regularly?
Yes! Weekly clients receive our biggest loyalty discount, and fortnightly clients also save compared to one-off prices. The more regularly we visit, the less you pay.
