What does an end of tenancy clean include?
It's a comprehensive deep clean covering every room. We clean inside ovens, fridges, cupboards, behind appliances, all surfaces, skirting boards, light fittings, windows (interior), and floors. Essentially everything a landlord or letting agent would check.
Will it help me get my deposit back?

Do you clean for landlords as well as tenants?
Yes. We work with both tenants preparing to leave and landlords preparing a property for new tenants. We also clean between short-term rental guests.
How long does it take?
Most end of tenancy cleans take between 4–8 hours depending on property size and condition. We'll give you an accurate estimate based on your specific property.
Can you work to a checklist from my letting agent?
Absolutely. If your landlord or letting agent provides a specific cleaning checklist, we'll follow it to the letter. Otherwise, we use our own comprehensive checklist.
