Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
No – we bring all our own eco-friendly cleaning products and equipment. However, if you have specific products you'd like us to use, just let us know.
Can I arrange cleaning for my parent/relative?
Absolutely! Many of our clients have family members who arrange and pay for their cleaning. We can set up optional family portal access so you can stay informed about visits.
What's your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged at 50% of the booking cost. We understand emergencies happen – please just let us know as soon as possible.
Are your cleaners DBS checked?
Yes, all our cleaners are fully DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checked. We also carry public liability insurance for your peace of mind.
